About TinyKit

TinyKit is a small independent project with a simple idea: developer utilities should be fast, free, and private. No accounts, no paywalls, no analytics watching what you paste.

How the tools work

Every tool on this site is plain JavaScript running entirely in your browser. When you convert a timestamp or encode text, the computation happens on your own device — nothing is sent to our servers, because there is nothing to send it to. This site is static: there is no backend, no database, and no user tracking.

Why we built it

We kept running into the same annoyances: converter sites covered in pop-ups, tools that phone home with your input, and pages so bloated they take seconds to load for a one-line conversion. TinyKit is the opposite — a handful of tools that do one job well and get out of your way.

What's next

We add new tools based on what people actually ask for. If there's a small utility you wish existed, tell us — popular requests get built first.

Free to use

All tools are free for personal and commercial use. In the future we may show a small number of ads to cover hosting costs; the tools themselves will always remain free and fully functional.
